Pay monthly, yearly, or once. Cancel any time through Apple. Whatever happens, your library stays readable and exportable — your documents are never hostages.
Nilad is a Mac app that reads, files and finds your documents on your device. It is sold through the Mac App Store under Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the app alongside these terms.
If a subscription ends or the free tier is used up, only new document intake pauses. Reading, searching and exporting your existing library are never locked. This is a design promise, not just a policy.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — typically honoured within 14 days of purchase. We can't issue refunds directly, but we'll help you ask.
They're yours. Nilad claims no rights over anything you file, never transmits it, and always lets you export everything. See the privacy policy for the full story.
Nilad reads documents with on-device machine learning, which is very good and not perfect. Extraction can be wrong — that's why low-confidence reads wait for your review and every field is editable. Don't rely on Nilad as the sole record for legal, tax or medical decisions; the original document is always one click away, and it is the authority.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
