Nilad
This policy explains what stays in your library and what happens when you purchase Nilad, visit this site or contact support.

Nilad does not upload your documents, extracted text or searches to a document server. The app has no advertising or tracking SDKs, usage analytics or Nilad account. Apple handles purchases; website hosting and support email have separate data flows described below.
OCR uses Vision. Classification and field extraction use Apple's on-device Foundation Models when Apple Intelligence is enabled and available. Search uses local indexes and installed language assets. Apple may download system language and model assets; Nilad's document processing happens on-device.
Your library contains imported files, extracted text, metadata, search indexes, change history and local database snapshots. Index-in-place keeps originals in their existing locations. Nilad stores preferences and purchase entitlement information locally. This version does not offer live iCloud sync.
StoreKit communicates with Apple to load products, complete purchases and restore access. Apple processes payments and subscriptions under Apple's privacy policy. Nilad uses transaction information to enable paid features; we do not receive your payment-card details.
This site uses static pages and self-hosted fonts. We add no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or cookies. GitHub Pages hosts the site and processes standard request information, such as IP addresses, under GitHub's privacy statement.
If you email support@nilad.app, the email service processes your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request. Please share only what is needed and remove personal details from sample documents. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support information, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Settings → Library → Export Everything exports searchable PDFs where available, or original files, together with CSV and JSON metadata. Export is always available without a purchase. Deleting a document removes its archive copies; indexed originals remain untouched. Local database snapshots and change history may retain metadata until the library is removed. Removing the app alone does not necessarily remove its library. Copies you exported or backed up remain wherever you saved them.
The app does not collect document content or usage analytics from its users and has no public chat or content-sharing service.
We update the date on this page when the policy changes. Material changes to the app's data practices will also be described in its release notes.
